Why CoverMy exists

Finding the right insurance in Australia is harder than it should be. Comparison websites show you prices without context. Going direct to an insurer means talking to someone whose job is to sell you their product. CoverMy was built to solve this — by putting licensed insurance brokers in your corner.

When you submit a request through CoverMy, you're not filling in an anonymous form that disappears into a database. You're being connected with licensed brokers who can assess your situation and recommend cover — whether that's business insurance, trade insurance, personal lines, or something more specialised like supercar coverage.

How CoverMy works

CoverMy is a service that gets licensed brokers to call you, not an insurer. We don't write policies — we connect customers with AFSL-licensed brokers who do. This distinction matters: your broker acts for you, not the insurer. Any comparison of products, and any recommendation about which cover suits you, comes from your broker. CoverMy doesn't compare, rank or recommend quotes.

The platform is free to use as a customer. Brokers on the CoverMy network pay us a referral fee once a policy is bound and paid, so there's no cost to you for the introduction.
